How is Doctor Who most likely to be right? His name is The Doctor, not Doctor Who, there for Doctor Who is most likely to be WRONG.
Well, he was thinking along the lines of what the answer most likely would be, since the questions are written by some sort of committee or something in the area. You have to remember that we live in Northwest Ohio, where most people have never even heard of Doctor Who, let alone know that the character is the Doctor.
